The arm is associated with what you are holding or a sense of responsibility. It is also a symbol or actively doing something to have your needs met. The wrist suggests flexibility in meeting your needs. Arms can also represent responsibilities we feel we have - while the dream can be exploring the idea of releasing this sense of responsibility.
